WellPumpQuote is operated by FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC (Wyoming, USA). FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC is responsible for handling website inquiries and the personal information collected through this website. It operates the information and quote-request platform; it is not the independent local contractor you may choose to perform work.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how WellPumpQuote handles information submitted through this website. This website is an information platform and quote-request service. It is not a well-pump contractor, well driller, plumbing contractor, or water-well service provider.
Information collected
When you submit a quote request, the following may be collected:
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, plus optional county
- Your selected problem or requested service, and optional pump type, pump setting depth, total well depth, system age, pressure tank age and notes
- Any files you choose to attach, such as photographs, well records or inspection reports
- Basic request context recorded with the submission: the quote page path and query string, the referring page when available, and URL campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, term and content)
Uploaded files
Files you attach may contain personal information such as a property address, names, or inspection details. Uploads are stored in a private storage area. They are not published on this website, not listed in any public gallery, not included in the sitemap, and not reachable through guessable public links. File types and sizes are validated at upload.
How your information is used
FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC uses the information to handle your inquiry and record your request. The form sends your request to the website's hosted database and any attachments to private file storage; attachment references are stored with the request. Request context helps identify the source of a submission. Hosting and storage services process this information to operate the website.
Your consent permits sharing your request information with independent service providers who can respond to it. Automatic routing to contractors is not currently implemented. Submission therefore does not mean that any contractor has received your details, and there is no public lead directory or public file gallery. The consent checkbox on the quote form is never pre-selected. If you do not tick it, the request is not submitted.
Information not collected
This website does not ask for payment details, government identification numbers, or account credentials.
Cookies, analytics and technical services
The current website does not integrate advertising pixels or a dedicated third-party visitor analytics service. Campaign and referrer information is captured with a quote request, not through an implemented advertising-cookie tracker. No optional analytics or advertising cookie controls are currently implemented.
The website uses hosting, functional browser code and error reporting for operation and troubleshooting. These services can process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and error details. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google for those resources. Any browser storage used by functional services is distinct from the quote-sharing consent; selecting that checkbox is not consent to advertising cookies.
Your choices and applicable privacy rights
You can choose not to submit a request or upload files, and may leave optional fields blank. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent for future sharing, or object to or limit certain processing. Where applicable, you may also have opt-out or appeal rights and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions; withdrawing consent does not reverse sharing that has already occurred.
